Vuepoint Corporation and X.HLP Technologies Form Strategic Partnership

-- Enterprise Software Adoption & Business Process Adoption Capabilities to be Added to VLS Software --

LONG ISLAND, NY, March 31, 2004 - Vuepoint Corp., a leader in helping companies transfer product and brand knowledge to their sales channels, today announced a technology and co-marketing partnership with x.hlp Technologies asa, a European-based software corporation that accelerates the adoption of business processes and software applications through the provision of simulation-based training, documentation and interactive help.

The addition of x.hlp technology to Vuepoint's proven software suite extends capabilities from product and brand knowledge to include CRM and business process education. As a result, this provides a tightly integrated, comprehensive technology platform for sales force education.
