LONG ISLAND, N.Y., June 21, 2002 - Vuepoint, a provider of enterprise software that rapidly creates, distributes and manages proprietary corporate and product knowledge, announces it has received the Top 10 Fastest-Growing Companies Award for Long Island for a third consecutive year.

Awarded by the Long Island Software & Technology Network (LISTnet) and judged by KPMG, the honor is based upon Vuepoints exceptional employment growth and 45 percent revenue increase from fiscal year 2000 to 2001. In order to be considered for the award, companies had to increase their revenue by at least 31 percent.

"It is exciting to feel the momentum within our company, but this recognition from the Long Island business community is especially gratifying," said Natalie Sarafian, CFO of Vuepoint. "As one of Long Islands fastest-growing companies, were confident about our future on Long Island as well as the incredible opportunity within the learning market."

The award was presented yesterday at TechMelt, the largest Northeastern event to bring technology companies together to create partnerships, strategic alliances and new ventures. TechMelt, as well as the Top 10 Fastest-Growing Companies Award, is organized by LISTnet, an organization focused on fostering growth in Long Island and other Northeast technology communities to help create jobs, grow technology and bring business to the area.
