AOL, Black & Decker and Toyota Executives to Lead Vuepoint's Client Advisory Council

Executives to assist Vuepoint in maintaining top industry customer service rankings

LONG ISLAND, N.Y., Dec. 11, 2003 - Vuepoint, a leading provider of sales effectiveness solutions and software, today announces that executives from AOL, Black & Decker, Depository Trust and Clearing Corp., Midwest Energy Association, Parsons Brinckerhoff and Toyota will lead its 2004 Client Advisory Council.

Vuepoint, the recipient of META Group's 2003 highest rating in it customer service category, sees the council as a critical component in its continued commitment to provide industry-best customer service. The Client Advisory Council serves in an advisory capacity to ensure that Vuepoint's current and future clients have active representation concerning development, support, service and other critical issues.

"Vuepoint has created an atmosphere of openness with its clients, and this is another venue for first-hand feedback that continues Vuepoint's commitment to its clients," said Martha Lemondes, Director, IM Education, Interactive Marketing, AOL. "Basically, we see the Vuepoint relationship more as a partnership for mutual success than a regular client-vendor relationship."

"This council is another vehicle which demonstrates that Vuepoint is listening to its customers, always a powerful vehicle for success," said Jeff Davis, Director of eLearning, Black & Decker University. "This allows the entire Black & Decker team of developers, administrators and stakeholders to feel that they are part of the process."

The Vuepoint Client Advisory Council consists of technology, manufacturing, financial, energy, services and retail companies. In addition to the breadth of industry sector representation, the Advisory Council receives input from clients representing a wide range of implementation maturity: some clients have just begun their initiatives, while others possess more than five years of hands-on learning and deployment. This ensures a "voice" for client needs regardless of their experience.

"We see it as a wonderful manifestation of the importance Vuepoint places on developing and maintaining industry-best customer service and satisfaction programs."
