Direct Alliance Corporation Chooses CERTPOINT to Better Serve Fortune 500 Clients

eLearning System to be used as service support tool to decrease clients' time to market

LONG ISLAND, N.Y., August 27, 2002 - Moving to leverage departmental expertise and utilize knowledge across its workforce, Direct Alliance Corporation (Direct Alliance) has implemented the Vuepoint Learning System (VLS) as both a service support tool and a knowledge management system to help Direct Alliance more efficiently implement services to its Fortune 500 clients and support its practice of taking a company to market in 90 days or less.

A comprehensive eLearning provider for global enterprises, CERTPOINT is administering proprietary courses about Direct Alliance's unique services, corporate competencies, management skills and specific client requirements for 900 employees. Direct Alliance projects that through use of VLS's administrative and management features, it will save the cost of almost 100 training days annually.

VLS offers in a single platform a learning content management system (LCMS) with an easy-to-use self-authoring tool and a learning management system (LMS). VLS also enables users to take interactive courses broken down into easily digested sections, to test out of material they have mastered, review any material on which users need more clarity, and document the progress of individuals.
