The Artist – a triumph for the French and the heart

on

The surprise success of The Artist at this year’s Academy Awards shows that it is possible to buck the trend and still excel. The idea that a foreign film, a black and white film, a silent film could win 5 Oscars, including the coveted Best Film award would have been laughable a year ago and yet The Artist has done just that.

Leading analyst Josh Bersin has declared the LMS market “very hot” and highlights CERTPOINT as one of a handful of vendors showing continued strong growth in his recent review of current market trends.

Learning and development will change in 2012. This will be more than an incremental change. It will be a qualitative shift to a new approach.

That new approach can be summed up in one word: performance.
